How to receive a secure email.
To receive a secure email please follow the instructions below. If you have any questions, please don’t hesitate to reach out to one of our bankers for assistance.
- To retrieve your secure email from Community Resource Bank Email Message Center click the link provided in the email notification. Messages in your mailbox are deleted 14 days after they are received.
- If this is your first time accessing the Community Resource Bank Secure Email Message Center, then you will be taken to an Account Registration screen. Enter your email address and password, then click “Register.” You will use this password each time you log in.
If you have already registered with Community Resource Bank Secure Email Message Center, then you will be taken to a Sign in screen. Enter your email address and password, then click “sign in.” If you have forgotten your password, click on the “Reset” button under “Forgot your password?”, and you will be asked to enter a new password which will be confirmed by a Verification Email message sent directly to your email account.
