Combining resources: Community Resource Bank and 1st United Bank
Community Resource Bank and 1st United Bank are combining resources to better serve our customers. Beginning the weekend of April 12, 2025, 1st United Bank accounts will transfer to Community Resource Bank. We are committed to making the transition go as smoothly as possible. The good news is that you can access both teams to guide you through this change. Our soon-to-be combined team is excited about the benefits this merger will bring our customers, including increased lending power, an expanding range of financial tools and banking services, and convenient locations in Faribault, Northfield, Cannon Falls and Roseville. Friday, April 11 (3:00 p.m. CST) | 1st United Bank branch and drive-thru close for the weekend to facilitate system conversion. Online & Mobile Banking will be unavailable starting at 3:00 p.m. CST. Debit/ATM cards can still be used with limitations. |
Saturday & Sunday, April 12-13 | 1st United Bank branch and drive-thru remain closed while accounts transition to Community Resource Bank. |
Monday, April 14 (8:00 a.m. CST) | Branch and drive-thru reopen as Community Resource Bank. Full access to accounts at Community Resource Bank branches, ATMs, and Online & Mobile Banking. |

1st United Bank will now be Community Resource Bank
1st United Bank will rebrand as Community Resource Bank, and existing customer accounts will transition to a new interface under Community Resource Bank. Both management teams will guide customers through this transition.
