Available Positions

1. Loan Processor I

Primary Functions:

This position is located at our main branch, in Northfield, MN and provides loan support for the consumer, commercial and mortgage loan departments.  This includes, but is not limited to:

  • Reviewing daily, weekly and monthly loan reports
  • Preparing loan documents
  • Balancing applicable loan related general ledger accounts
  • Completing research related to loans
  • Processing credit life insurance policies and real estate escrow payments
  • Handling all loan related questions and requests
  • Boarding loans on to the Core system
  • Scan loan files
  • Providing excellent customer service to both internal and external customers

Position Requirements:

Recent Banking Experience Preferred

1-2 Years of Experience in a Bank Loan Operations Department a Plus

Previous Experience with FiServ, Laser Pro, Credit Quest & Freddie Mac a Plus

Critical Thinking & Problem Solving Skills Required

Strong Organization & Analytical Skills               

Proficient Computer Skills               

Good Written & Verbal Communication Skills

2. Universal Banker – Northfield

Primary Functions:

This position is located at our Northfield, MN location and is responsible for greeting and assisting customers with their personal banking needs.  This includes, but is not limited to:

  • Accepting deposits, performing withdrawals and processing loan payments
  • Selling cashier’s checks, money orders and visa gift cards
  • Promoting bank products and services
  • Opening and closing accounts
  • Referring customers to other areas of the bank
  • Assisting customers with account questions
  • Being proactive in fraud prevention
  • Complying with related laws and regulations
  • Providing superior customer service

Position Requirements:

Recent Cash Handling Experience Preferred

Recent Teller and/or Banking Experience is a Plus

Primary Functions:

We are hiring part-time Teller positions at both our Northfield and Cannon Falls, MN locations.  A Teller is responsible for greeting and assisting customers with their personal banking needs.  This includes, but is not limited to:

4. Credit Analyst – Northfield

Primary Functions:

This position is located at our Northfield, MN location and will assist in the preparation of loan presentations for Commercial/Agri Business Lenders and Bank Credit Committee.    This includes, but is not limited to:

  • Researching and analyzing customer financial information
  • Performing ratio analysis
  • Preparing loan write-ups and summaries
  • Compiling and calculating cash flows
  • Ensuring the credit presentations reflect all important borrower information used for decision-making and assignment of the proper risk rating
  • Responsible for accurately maintaining the tickler system of required monitoring activities
  • Responsible for assisting with overall Credit Administration

Position Requirements:

Associate’s  Degree or Higher in Business Administration, Finance or similar field (Required)

Previous Banking/Finance Experience is a plus

Strong Analytical & Math Skills with a Basic Understanding of Accounting Principles

Detail Oriented
